The Staff

We believe that the efficiency and professionalism of any security organization is reliant on the expertise and quality of its personnel. We believe ultimate protection for your site is provided by a dedicated team of security professionals responsible for one site or assignment. We thoroughly vet and check the quality of all our staff, employing the best in the industry. We provide our staff with better standards of training, working conditions, and above average rates of pay, to ensure continuity.

Our core team have been employed, on average, for over 13 years. We have a low turn-over of staff. Retention of professional, conscientious, motivated and high-performing staff is key; we generously reward our committed staff with bonuses and other incentives for all their hard work.

Our staff are performance managed using a variety of indicators:

  • Real-time electronic patrol monitoring and verification;
  • Scheduled supervisory visits and checks;
  • Monthly management and client meetings;
  • Service Level Agreement – monitored against agreed Key Performance Indicators; and
  • Annual staff appraisals.

Staff Training 

All our staff are SIA multi-licensed, i.e. Security Industry Authority (SIA) Door Supervision, CCTV licensed, as well as “First Aid at Work” certified. They will undergo extensive company induction training, bespoke site specific training, as well as management training.

Health and Safety

Our comprehensive Safety System includes a health surveillance programme for all staff, a dedicated, qualified Environmental Health and Safety Coordinator; whom highlights any issues and designs solutions for clients, a health surveillance programme (all staff), as well as Environmental Health and Safety Policies and procedures (audited by the NSI and Safe Contractor Scheme).
